Does your team spend too much time copying data, updating spreadsheets, checking things manually or working across disconnected tools? At FlowOps I build systems around the way your business actually works.

Bring your operations together in one system, with connected modules for data, workflows, planning, orders, reporting, and more.
The process
A simple 5 step process. Fast and low commitment.
Tell me what you need. Describe the app, dashboard, process or automation that you have in mind.
You can optionally tell me what you're comfortable spending on this per month. I can also give you a price indication.
I will review your request and tell you if I can build it, and for what price.
If it makes sense, I build a small demo so you can see the idea working. I do that for free. No commitment yet.
If it feels like a good fit and you’d like to work together, we’ll discuss the details and agree on the next steps. The decision is entirely yours.

About

I genuinely enjoy designing software that makes people's work simpler. Clear processes, intuitive interfaces, and systems that do exactly what they need to do—nothing more, nothing less.
I developed this approach during my time as Head of Operations at a large financial institution. I was responsible for leading the back office teams, improving operational processes, designing internal systems, and ensuring compliance and auditability. It gave me first-hand insight into the daily challenges teams face, and how often unnecessary complexity leads to mistakes.
That's why I build software around the way your business works, not the other way around. The goal isn't to add as many features as possible, but to make processes clearer, reduce errors, and create systems that people can understand and use with confidence from day one.
To me, great software isn't about replacing people—it's about empowering them. When systems are clear and intuitive, a small team can accomplish far more with less effort. People spend less time asking questions, correcting mistakes or searching for information, and more time creating value. That's how you build operations that scale without constantly adding headcount. Good software doesn't have to be complicated. In fact, simplicity is what makes a system fast, reliable, scalable and enjoyable to use every day.
